Voting Rights — “Top 10 in 10!”
Texas is the hardest state to vote in, which is why we’re usually dead last in voter turnout or just near it.
This is a crisis.
Instead of politicians in Austin trying to make it even harder to vote, we should be making it easier for Texans to participate in our democracy.
That’s why we’ve introduced the Texas “Top 10 in 10!” campaign: lets take Texas into the top 10 of voting states in the next 10 years.
We can do it with automatic voter registration, universal/”no excuse” vote by mail, removing barriers to vote for Texans with disabilities or mobility needs, expanding youth outreach and independent redistricting commissions.
