Stronger Public Schools

Our public schools are pillars of our communities and economy.

I know from my own experience in our public schools how hard parents and teachers work to ensure their children receive the best education possible.

Unfortunately, our state legislature has been defunding education spending over the last decade — disproportionately hurting children in lower-income neighborhoods and straining municipal budgets.

We must fix public school financing and make sure we support our children and educators. Fully-funded public schools are at the heart of building stronger, healthier communities.
